Race season is in full swing, and our strong-hearted runners spent the month of May crushing courses, earning PRs, and logging those final training miles for Ragnar PA. Spoiler: vegan donuts may have also been involved.

Happy New Year! Now that we’re through the chaos of the holidays and fully embarking on 2017, let’s take a glance back at how our teammates closed out last year and chat a little about what our team has on the agenda for the coming months.
Our crew had a busy November, crushing lots of races and logging some big, fast miles. An impressive number of our team members turned up to represent vegan power at the Philadelphia half and full marathons this year, and you’ll also notice that a fair amount of Tofurky trotting went down.
As a crew, the Strong Hearts Vegan Power team is known for slaying 200-mile relays a couple times a year.
